This place was a total gem! Marj is the sweetest and she has thought of anything you might need while away. I was blown away by the generosity of the continental breakfast options for our two-night stay. The rocking chairs on the porch are lovely to enjoy at night. You can't beat the privacy and value that she offers!

I don't know where to start. It was a last minute getaway to Jim Thorpe for the Fall Foliage Festival. We lucked into RRII as a last minute lodging option. No idea what to expect. It was a GREAT find! We were beyond pleased! The cleanliness, the location, not to mention Marj had EVERYTHING you could ask for in her cute little apartment. We were nervous about the location. We weren't real familiar with the town. The location was PERFECT! Right in the heart of town. If you have ever been to the Fall Foliage Festival, you will know how priceless the included parking space is. What a bonus! Jim Thorpe is such a cute, quaint town! Lots to see, and do! You should visit! And I TOTALLY recommend staying at RRII! Great place, great hostess!

Just visited on Saturday . Was in town with my girls for a bachelorette weekend . Fell in love with your art ! My mother and I also make art out of mixed medias and your stuff is amazing ! I love my little love shadow box and will treasure it for years to come ❤️

Lovely neighborhood shop

I stayed here the weekend of the Jim Thorpe Half marathon. The lodging is perfect for a weekend getaway. Marjorie thought of everything. There wasn't something that was missing. It has a nice kitchen that you could make meals in if you wanted to save some money instead of dining out for every meal. Marjorie is sweet person. I will be staying here again when I come up for more than a day.

Had to play with the dial tone phone that actually works in her sweet street apartment...no amenity you'd lack at RM II plus 20% off in gift shop upstairs! Right across the street from the wonderful opera house...sit awhile on the rocking chair porch and enjoy!

The town is so charming & a very relaxing place to visit, just beautiful! Marj's apartment is indeed very private & perfectly situated to the main street. Parking in Jim Thorpe is challenging, Staying with Marj also affords you a private parking space which is very convenient. This ultra private apartment has everything you need and anything you forgot and didn't know you needed. Marj is the perfect hostess! She has thought of everything! We visited for our 32nd wedding anniversary and we were sweetly surprised with a lovely selection of chocolates. Thank You so much Marj for your thoughtfulness & kindness! Vince & I look forward to staying with you again. Thank You for making our stay so cozy & comfortable! The bed & pillows helped me to sleep like a lamb! A small store with a tremendous variety of custom-made shadow boxes. Everyone will likely find at least one to catch their eye. The creativity Is endless.

When I travel there are a number of things I take into consideration. 1. Cleanliness - Check - Rosemary Remembrances II is spotless 2. Well stocked - Check - the cozy apartment had everything we needed and more. 3. Centrally located - Check -RRII is a short walk from everything in Jim Thorpe, PA 4. Inexpensive parking - Check - a safe parking space is included 5. Security for our bikes - Check - a locked room is included 6. Pleasant Hostess - Check - Marjorie is one of the most pleasant people I have ever met 7. Interesting, historical setting - Check - Jim Thorpe is a quaint little town and history surrounds you at every turn. 8. Comfortable lodging - Check - If we had the time, could have easily stayed for a week If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of "vacation" areas, Jim Thorpe PA and Rosemary Remembrances II is where your should go.

This place was amazing! It was my birthday weekend and also the first time away with my wonderful girlfriend, Ilaura. The service and attention to detail with respect to the room were something I had not experienced before. Marjorie really went out of her way to help celebrate my birthday AND she even provided balloons and chocolate to make my stay extra special. The pleasant ambience contributed to fostering a love that continues to flourish until this day. Seriously, this is a great place to stay and we were very sad to leave. The room is well-lit and stocked with all the essentials. And the cheery atmosphere makes the lodging perfect for a romantic weekend away.

A stay at Rosemary Remembrances II is perfect for anything you'd like to do in Jim Thorpe. We had a two night stay where we parked our car, in a nearby off street lot, and didn't need it until we were leaving the area. You can walk to everything in Jim Thorpe. We ate at the Marion Hose Bar and Molly Maguires. We enjoyed the Lehigh Gorge Scenic Railway and a nice walk along the D and L Trail. The best part about our stay was enjoying the comforts of our lodging. Marj has the studio apartment comfortably furnished with everything you need. She has a selection of historical books and DVD's that educated us about the area. The rocking chairs on the front porch provided a nice evening to watch people stroll the sidewalks in a quiet setting.

Aug 29-Sept 8, 2020. I was looking for a place to get away from Washington, DC, during quarantine, and in a small town. I found Jim Thorpe, PA and Rosemary Remembrances II. Marj. offered a nice, cozy studio apartment stocked with everything you need from a fully stocked kitchen with basic food necessities to get you started, and laundry. I brought my bicycle and Marj. offered a locked room to store it. I spent 10 days in Jim Thorpe biking, hiking, kayaking, and whitewater rafting in the Delaware & Lehigh corridor. Make sure you write in the guest book about your time in Jim Thorpe. Marj. sent me a thank you card expressing “The best guest book comments ever.”

I had the pleasure of staying at this cozy lodging with my 2 friends to celebrate my friend's birthday back in February. The small apartment-like bed and breakfast had a bed for two, and a pullout couch so we were more than comfortable. It also had a fully stocked fridge with a continental breakfast, and a full bathroom. Marjorie the owner, helped us get settled and was super accommodating. A parking spot was included as well. I contacted Marjorie a month before for booking and let her know it was for a birthday. She even left candy for my friend's birthday which was very kind. When we visited her shop the next day, she was very kind and offered us 15% her entire store which was unnecessary but very nice. If I go back, I would definitely stay here again and will recommend to all visiting.

Marji is just awsome!!! Came to the area to see a show at penns peak. All the popular places were booked, Came here as a last resort. What a wonderful surprise!!! Basement apartment was perfectly cozy and quit. The fridge was stocked with stuff. Another great surprise was there was milk in the fridge. What a gem of a place. Will definitely look at this place first when coming to the area.

This is our home away from home. My husband and I always stay here. The kitchen has everything you need and the bed is very comfortable.

What an adorable guest apartment right in the middle of Jim Thorpe, and it has everything: comfy bed, kitchenette, laundry, TV, living space and an assigned parking spot. Clean freaks will be delighted with the spic and span condition. Owner/artist Marj Reppert is hostess with the mostess. Plus she knows everything there is to know about the local area. This is a really practical, convenient place to stay. Highly recommended.

Marji is an amazing hostess! Her studio apartment is homey and complete with everything you would ever need! This is by far the best place to stay in Jim Thorpe! I've now stayed three times and plan to come back every year! And her shop is a must see!
